white page Question

First, i know i have a really bad english, but i try to write so clear its possible. I hope you understand me.

I try to use the template on my website, but in the normal-view i can only see a white page with
some menues on the right side. Here you can see: http://baustelle2.alexpictures.at/

But when you go on http://baustelle2.alexpictures.at/index.php?tp=1">this page, you can see the template how its look like. But why only on the
second page (its an preview from joomla) an not on the first?

I have found a solution. Just set 2 menu items inside the
    area what i have marked.

Only then you can see the Header.

    AlexanderIBK,
You don't need to create menu module to display top menu, the template do it itself.
Just open Admin panel > Template manager > Ixion > Configuration
Find menu settings and select your menu and save it. You'll get top menu without creating menu module.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
